Quantum Healing & Sacred Cacao Ceremony
In a Quantum Healing & Sacred Cacao Ceremony you will experience Holotropic Breath work, Ceremonial Drumming, which typically begins with a Quantum Chakra Alignment and energy clearing through the earth elements accompanied with Lumerian, Atlantean & Egyptian Activations channeled by High Priestess, Sherie, Owner of Feathered Sage Reiki & Wellness. Paired with a sound bath and sacred drumming by Jenn, who is a Shamanic Priestess, that delivers the consumption of ceremonial grade cacao. This is followed by a series of guided Holotropic Breath work sessions, accompanied by ceremonial drumming and live sound healing.
Guided Breath work involves deep, rhythmic breathing designed to facilitate deep states of relaxation and connect with the subconscious mind for emotional and spiritual healing.
Ceremonial Drumming is an ancient practice that involves the use of drums and other percussion instruments to create a rhythm and vibration that can promote healing and a sense of connectedness with the universe.
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which participants are immersed in a sonic landscape created by various meditation instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. The vibrations and frequencies produced by these instruments are believed to help balance the body's energy and promote deep relaxation and healing.
In a Quantum Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Holotropic Breathwork, Ceremonial Drumming, and Sound Bath, the ceremony typically begins with a Quantum Chakra Alignment and clearing through the elements, Lumerian & Atlantean Activations followed by the consumption of ceremonial grade cacao. This is followed by a series of guided Holotropic Breathwork sessions, accompanied by ceremonial drumming and live sound healing music.
The combination of these practices is designed to promote deep, transformative experiences, leading to greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.
